Haryana Postal Circle invites applications from qualified candidates for permanent absorption for total 40 Multi Tasking Staff in Subordinate Offices and Administrative Offices.

Eligible candidates amy apply in precribe format with all required details mention correctly. Applicants make sure the application form with all requisite documents should reach the given address latest by Jan 01, 2014.

Candidates have to purchase prescribe application form through all Head post Offices and Identified Post offices in the circle.

Vacancies & Eligibility:-

Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff : 40 Posts

For Administrative Office - 9 Posts

For Subordinate Offices - 31 Posts

Qualification :Â Matriculation or ITI

Age : 18 - 27 years*

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20,200/-

Age measured as on Jan 01, 2014

Important Dates

•Sale of Application Form will be commence form : Nov 25, 2013.

• Last Date for receipt of Application Form: Jan 01, 2014.

• date of Written Examination : to be held in Feb, 2014

Selection Procedure

•Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test.

•Written Examination will be of 90 Minutes (100 Questions) and will consist of three parts.

Part A - General Awareness (25 Marks),

Part B - Mathematics (25 Marks) And

Part CÂ has Two Segments each of 25 Marks,

One for Regional language-( Hindi) and Other for English Language).

Candidates will have to get at least 10 Marks in each part to qualify in written test.

Application Procedure

Fees - Cost of Application form is Rs. 100 for all Candidates. Application form is to be purchased from any Post Office Under Haryana Postal Circle. 

Fee is NIL for SC/ST candidates and Rs. 200/- for general /OBC candidates.

Fee is to be remitted at any Post Office under Haryana Postal Circle and Obtain ACG-67 (UCR) Receipt.

Purchase application form from the post offices.

Fill prescribe application from with all requisite detials mention correctly.

Send dully filled application form along with all requisite documents and certificates i.e.

Qualification , Caste certificate, age proof, etc, and two passport size photos.

Super scribe the envelope as "Application for appointment to the post of MTS in .... Division".

Application should reach the mention address latest by Jan 07, 2014.
