Extramarks hiring Freshers for Trainee System Engineer Role

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

To attend and close all logged Software & Hardware calls in the given Location with minimum possible help and part requirement. Ensures maximum defectives repair with available resources and support Pan India locations as per the open calls requirement. Co-ordinate with repair vendors for achievement of maximum ROK units as per signed SLA. Arrange required spare parts through local search and achieve better repair %. % of total call closures in a month with tele-support and no part usage.

Maximum call attendance to provide L1 support on daily basis Understanding of L3 L4 level repair for all IT Hardware. Understanding of Software support for Basic IT infrastructure. Understanding of L1 L2 level repair for all IT Hardware Understanding of Software support for Basic IT infrastructure , Linux is must Knowledge of Excel & working MIS

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

Experience : 0 – 2 Years
