Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Meghalaya issued notification inviting applications for recruitment to 5 posts of Farm Manager (2 posts), Lab Assistant (1 post) and Computer Programmer (2 posts) for the Krishi Vigyan Kendras of the Institute at Nagaland and Tripura.

Eligibility Criteria:
Age limit: 30 years (as on the last date for receipt of applications)
Upper age limit is relax-able for SC / ST / OBC / Ex - Serviceman & Physically handicapped candidates as per rule.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

For Farm Manager posts: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with relevant experience in the concerned field. However, Master degree in the relevant subject is desirable

For Lab Assistant post: B. Sc. (Agriculture / Any branch of Science) with relevant experience in the concerned field. However, Master degree in the relevant subject is desirable

For Computer Programmer posts: BCA or B. Sc in Computer Science with relevant experience in the concerned field. However, Master degree in the relevant subject is desirable

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.

Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 200 (Rs. 100 for candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD category) is to paid in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) drawn in favor of ‘Director, ICAR Research Complex for NEH, Region, Umiam’, payable at Umiam.

Candidates should retain a copy of the IPO with them for future reference.
